Terms of Service
Last updated: June 27, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RestCore application and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be authorized to act on behalf of any organization you represent in the Service.
Acceptable use
- Use the Service only for lawful restoration, estimating, and claim-documentation purposes.
- Do not upload content you lack the rights to use, or that violates the privacy or rights of others.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
Your content
You retain ownership of the job, claim, and documentation content you create. You grant RestCore the limited rights needed to host, process, sync, and display that content to operate the Service, including transmitting relevant content to third-party AI providers to deliver AI features as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of estimates, pricing, and reports you generate and submit.
AI features & no professional advice
AI-assisted output (analysis, pricing guidance, generated documentation, and assistant responses) is provided to help your workflow and may contain errors. It is not legal, insurance, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all output before relying on or submitting it.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans and credits, where offered, are managed through our web billing and are subject to the pricing presented at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RestCore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of AI output or the Service.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
